"Tom was fantastic. He discussed different finishes and tiles explaining in depth the benefits of using the latest materials. This wasn’t something the other companies had taken the time to do. We felt that Tom was very dynamic and extremely up to date with the latest technology so were confident that we would have the longevity that we needed. We also spoke to neighbours who had used TM and their feedback was excellent. We are so glad that we chose them as they were the most professional and courteous team we have ever come across in all our years of renovating our homes. They worked regular set long days, were neat and tidy and were always happy to discuss and answer any questions and concerns. We were actually away in holiday for the first week of the work and Tom sent me regular photo updates of the progress and I knew he was keeping a close eye on the security of the property. Over many years we have unfortunately fallen foul of many cowboy builders and have learned that you need to shop around and seriously consider who you are allowing to renovate your most expensive asset. Hopefully this review will save you some time. We are absolutely thrilled with the look, it has totally transformed the look of our home and the look and quality have exceeded our expectations by far for the competitive price."
"The service from quote to completion has been second to none with constant and rapid communication. The price offered by Tom was so good, we didn't even speak to any other companies and quite frankly, we're glad we didn't. Tom and his team were at our house by 8am each day and remained on site until they had done what they could for the day. They didn't even leave for lunch, bringing their own! Heating up their meals was the least we could do! Not like other tradesmen who constantly find excuses to drag a job out over a long period, these lads just get it done. There was clarity from Tom throughout the work as there were certain things which were necessary and some bits which we needed to add as a result of years of wear and tear. He provides you with a clear and simple explanation of what he's doing or what needs to be done. At no point do you feel as though you're being put under any pressure or in a position where you're being forced to have or do anything you don't want. The work itself is fantastic. It looks smart and you can tell that it will last a lifetime. Tom and his team clearly take pride in their work and rightly so, they've done a fantastic job!"

"The job is great and looks good into the bargain. But what really makes Tom stand out is his customer service. We had originally contracted with a rogue who had made a real mess with our property exposed to the weather. Tom scheduled us in at a busy time and completed the work to a high standard. He realised how we felt from being the victim of a rogue and was understanding of this, even going above and beyond in preparing a report on the rogues work for legal action. Well done Tom, we couldn't recommend you highly enough, in fact we already have."

"After a very reasonable and fair quote, Tom and his lads fitted 2 replacement new velux windows for us. They also carried out a roof repair. They were here for 2 days and have been professional and courteous throughout. They came and just got the job done and tidied absolutely everything up. Very polite, really decent lads. We need a re-roof really. We’re just trying to repair until it’s financially possible and we will not hesitate to go straight to Tom for this. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for any roof work."

"They did exactly what they promised they would do. Very good work. Took all the old windows away all the rubbish was gone did it quickly and easily. One thing I will say is I am a firm believer of giving a good review to firms that have done a great job for me it.
